Back in the 26th century, VSS Schak'Irra was immediately intercepted by Starfleet Security. T'Met discovered that the ship had not returned on the expected date: a vortex overlap with Tal'Kyr had caused a slight temporal offset, leading to Vexoriana-Lyss'ra Tarsi's arrest for temporal terrorism. Meanwhile, Admiral Quihoui brutally relieved T'Met of her command and of the Lingua project. However, she was tasked with reintegrating the human survivors from the 21st century into society. The group was relocated to Vista Ridge, in a modular dwelling in the heart of San Francisco. But their adaptation is short-lived: Tarsi's trial opens the following Monday, in an atmosphere of secrecy and tension. The hearing, held behind closed doors, leaves T'Met and her companions in the dark. Then Tarsi's lawyer, Counsel Touit'Air, slips T'Met a mysterious message: "Holosuite No. 427 - 6:00 p.m. - San Francisco." A place, a time... and perhaps answers at last.

TL;DR
Guided by Counsel Touit'Air's message, T'Met and her team go to the gigantic San Francisco Holosuite Complex, a cathedral of spheres suspended in the sky. Holosuite 427 opens onto an improbable setting: a reconstruction of the Stade de France in 1998, packed with a roaring crowd. Under the spotlights, Colonel Gomard, swept up in nostalgia, begins performing "Requiem pour un Fou" before being joined by a familiar silhouette: Commander Zaneth-Myra Lysana, Tarsi's century-old double. Their duet enchants the holographic crowd, until Counsel Touit'Air enters, congratulates them with humor, and invites everyone backstage.
Story
The small team crosses the lively streets of San Francisco and finally arrives before a strange edifice, an imposing structure several kilometers high, formed from a multitude of giant spheres connected by transparent tubes suspended in the air. Through these tubes, silhouettes of people can be seen moving, seeming almost to float in the void.
At the entrance, T'Met stops before a holographic interface projecting a stream of data into the air. With a precise gesture, she scrolls through the list of holosuites and searches for the one Counsel Touit'Air scribbled for her on a piece of paper.
Capt. T'Met
According to the register, Holosuite 427 has been reserved. We must go up to the top floor.
Col. Robert Gomard (Army)
Are you sure it's wise to venture in there? It doesn't look very stable, all those spheres hanging in midair.
Capt. T'Met
Do not be afraid, Mr. Gomard. This building complies with San Francisco seismic standards. In addition, each sphere is equipped with redundant anti-gravity systems to guarantee stability in an emergency.
Ens. Emilie Flores (Communications)
I think it's really magnificent. It looks like giant soap bubbles floating in the air!
Lt. Charlene Savea (Operations)
Everything fascinates you, Emilie. What I see is that we're going to have to climb all those stairs again. I hope it'll be worth it.
T'Met, ever pragmatic, wastes no time. She slides her finger across the screen to call a cart. Within seconds, a small four-seat vehicle with smooth metallic lines approaches silently.
Capt. T'Met
Get in. This vehicle will take us directly to the top.
Col. Robert Gomard (Army)
A four-seat floating bumper car?! I mean... there's no risk of falling? Where's the steering wheel?
Capt. T'Met
Driving is automated. Even in the event of a failure, we will not fall. It is the safest means of transport here.
The cart starts gently with surprising smoothness. At each turn, it changes spheres, offering a breathtaking view of the city below, which gradually lights up as the sun disappears below the horizon.
Ens. Emilie Flores (Communications)
It's like flying. We could almost touch the stars.
Lt. Charlene Savea (Operations)
Yeah... and at least there's no need to climb endless stairs. Well, if there were any.
The cart continues its ascent, the landscape rushing past around them. Eventually, they reach the highest sphere of the building, where Holosuite 427 is located.
Capt. T'Met
We are here. Please, enter.
They enter the holosuite, plunged into darkness. The noises of an assembly grow louder and louder, with murmurs and indistinct conversations. T'Met calmly analyzes the situation, while Robert, Emilie, and Charlene exchange questioning looks.
Ens. Emilie Flores (Communications)
Now I don't feel safe at all. Do you hear those deafening murmurs?
Lt. Charlene Savea (Operations)
Yeah, clearly, we're not alone. Does anyone have a flashlight?
Col. Robert Gomard (Army)
Sorry, Charlene. Agent In'kògnytôh's muscle confiscated my equipment!
Suddenly, spotlights flare on, plunging the team into a sea of blinding light. Around them, an immense hysterical crowd is revealed, screaming and cheering as if it were about to rush them.
Capt. T'Met
Remain calm. It is only a simulation of a gladiatorial arena.
Ens. Emilie Flores (Communications)
Where did all these people come from? They aren't going to jump us, are they?
Lt. Charlene Savea (Operations)
No, seriously, this is getting annoying. If I'd known from the start, I would have put on my combat uniform.
Col. Robert Gomard (Army)
We are in an arena, all right, but it's the Stade de France!
Lt. Charlene Savea (Operations)
Uh, you think so, Robert? With all this scaffolding beside us, I don't feel like we're on a soccer field.
Col. Robert Gomard (Army)
Hey, you're talking to a Frenchman, Charlene! Of course I'm sure. We're on a concert stage set up on the field.
Capt. T'Met
Mr. Gomard, you may be right, since Counsel Touit'Air has a pronounced taste for ancient Earth troubadours. He is probably somewhere in the crowd. We must find him.
Ens. Emilie Flores (Communications)
Yes, but where do we start looking? This stadium is huge!
Without anyone expecting it, an orchestra begins to play slowly, accompanied by a choir. The first notes ring out and Robert freezes, memories striking him
full force. He remembers how, at 19, he was among that crowd and had attended this very event. His surprise quickly turns into enthusiasm. Instinctively, he
heads toward the center of the stage, where he stands before the cheering audience.
Ens. Emilie Flores (Communications)
Hey Robert, what are you doing? We're not here to draw attention to ourselves!
Capt. T'Met
Let him proceed, Miss Flores. Involuntarily, he is signaling our presence to Counsel Touit'Air.
As Robert remains at center stage, a powerful spotlight suddenly locks onto him, placing him in full light. The crowd, noisy and disorderly until then, gradually falls silent. Surprised by the sudden attention, he hesitates for a moment, but something in the atmosphere pushes him to continue. The spotlight begins following his movements, encouraging him in spite of himself to fully enter the role being offered to him. Inspired by the rising melody played by the orchestra and carried by a surge of adrenaline, Robert decides to go all in.

Robert, you have completely lost your mind!!! Get back here!!!
Robert does not hear Charlene's calls and continues his song, captivating the crowd. A second spotlight turns on at the opposite end of the stage, revealing a slender silhouette advancing gently into the light. The appearance is gradual, almost theatrical, and the spectators turn their heads with growing curiosity. The silhouette, indistinct at first, becomes sharper as she advances. The newcomer's piercing gaze and assured attitude transform the atmosphere. Murmurs ripple through the crowd again, this time with palpable excitement. An electric tension crosses the air when she stops a few meters from Robert, patiently waiting for her moment to join him.
Lt. Charlene Savea (Operations)
Look, someone is approaching Robert. But... But... She's Andorian!

Commander Lysana was my first officer aboard Schak'Irra.
Ens. Emilie Flores (Communications)
It's crazy how much she looks like Tarsi. Is she a member of her family?
Capt. T'Met
In a manner of speaking, yes.
While T'Met, Emilie, and Charlene move aside to a corner of the stage, Robert and Lysana continue performing like gladiators, carried on by the orchestra and the choir as they intensify the atmosphere.

Congratulations, dear sir. Frankly, I did not expect you to live up to the great Johnny, but there, you landed a beautiful right hook to my gums.
Cmdr. Zaneth-Myra Lysana (Number One VSS Schak'Irra)
He was simply breathtaking.

You have a future, my boy!
Capt. T'Met
Good evening, Counsel. Your approach to contacting us is not very conventional. Can you tell us what we are doing here?
Counsel Touit'Air (Lawyer)
Indeed! I was not sure your Vulcan logic could be so... humanly rational. But when I saw your friends this morning, I was certain they would tickle the tips of your ears.
Capt. T'Met

Counsel Touit'Air (Lawyer)
Ah, T'Met... Still so Vulcan. It is time to go backstage and talk seriously. Johnny can have his stage, but we have a mountain of work waiting for us.
The orchestra softly resumes a familiar melody as the group heads backstage, leaving behind a jubilant crowd of holograms.
